What a great sanctuary of a place and wonderful people! Nia, the Manager did all she could to welcome us and even stayed up late when we had unavoidable delays making us arrive well past check in. But the whole team are fantastic being attentive and responsive to our needs and requests with smiles at the ready. The inclusion of your choice of breakfast is fantastic and it was the nicest breakfast and cleanest accommodation we had in our month on Sumatra We stayed for 5 nights but would have happily stayed longer. We had to move one night as they were full and stayed at Carolina Cottages but couldn’t wait to get back to a much more welcoming and flexible vibe at Hub Tata If you want peaceful lakeside spot and a lovely vibe with helpful good people and a delicious breakfast this is your place! The host was so friendly and helpful! He offered to drive us to restaurants/activities on the island for free. You can also rent a car here if you want. The room was very clean and had plenty of space. The property also has lake access. I’m happy I stayed here!

Baariga Tobay Family Home asub Tuk Tukis. Rõduga majutusasutuses on tasuta eraparkla ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Einestada saab ka väljas. Lovely new home with everything there. The beds were so comfortable. Great area to stay with a fantastic view.

Mario Lakeside Apartments on hiljuti renoveeritud apartement, mis asub tuk-tukis. Külalised saavad tasuta jalgrattaid kasutada ja aeda kasutada. We felt in love with lake Toba and we were lucky to enjoy it even more at this place. If you are looking for a private, calm, chill place - yes this is it! The apartment is perfectly located in a green, hidden area in front of the lake. Every morning and evening we enjoyed beautiful views and were swimming in the lake just few steps from the apartment. Being for two months in Indonesia it was a first place with such a big space and different shells, tables, clothes hangers, tables etc The hot shower was very good. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a fridge and you can easily cook your own meals. The vegetarian/vegan restaurant that Ali has was very good too. We enjoyed delicious guacamole with sourdough bread and avocado juice. There is a big avocado tree in the garden according to one local woman Ali’s avocados are best on the island :) Ali is friendly and very helpful. We extended our stay twice :) Would love to come back !
