Located in Riobamba, 14 km from San Andrés, Casa de Mármol provides a shared lounge and free WiFi. I have never been treated more like a close friend/relative than I was during my stay at this Hostal. Irma is a very special host and from her cooking (delicious breakfast and dinner) to her overal joyful personality. Despite the miserable weather, Irma and her husband Diego made the stay a pleasure. I would stop in Riobamba simply to spend a day in their company. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large, clean and quite comfortable. Unique to this property at this price point was a very large den/library with very comfortable couches.

Lodges in just a spectacular location at the base of the volcano. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
