Its location is perfect and the staff is truly amazing - I can't help but adore them. They go above and beyond to make you feel like a friend rather than just a guest. The evening promotions on drinks are a nice touch and the on-site restaurant serves delicious food at a reasonable price. The swimming pool offers a stunning view and there's even the option to book private villas. Not to mention, the breakfast spread is impressive with a wide variety of options that make it well worth the price. The complimentary evening beer is a nice perk, and booking tours through them was a satisfying experience. I highly recommend this hostel more than any other!

Camas boas, sacada, quarto virado para o outro lado da rua era silencioso. Terraço é um destaque, pois são dois. O café da manhã surpreendeu e foi excelente, ainda com uma vista agradável. Todas as informações, facilidades e principais empresas que fazem as conduções das atrações estão disponíveis na recepção. Tudo que você precisar fazer a recepção irá auxiliar, exemplo: pagar uma transporte; contratar um passeio de uma empresa; deixar dinheiro para terceiros; alugar moto, etc. Tudo funciona bem e no horário marcado.

Tu Tu was an outstanding host and helped us with everything during our stay. The place is newer and very clean. Hot water and good showers, comfortable bed and excellent communication before and during our stay. We appreciated this and recognized how hard she works as she did this level of service for everyone at both places she runs! The family dinners were so tasty and had vegetarian options and we enjoyed meeting the other travelers. The people on this area are so friendly and the caves were mind blowing. Thank you Tu Tu for a wonderful stay. Also the tour she recommended was great and the host was lovely. We enjoyed the bicycles to explore the rice fields and Quirky tourist spots.

Providenciando vista da montanha em Phong Nha, Phong Nha Cherish House dispõe de acomodações, bicicletas gratuitas, um jardim, um terraço, um restaurante e um bar. Eu fiquei no quarto privativo. O quarto é muito limpo grande e confortável. A propriedade serve jantar por um preço bom. A comida estava muito gostosa. Também há café da manhã disponível. Pelo preço achei perfeito ! Além disso , as meninas são super atenciosas . Te auxiliam com passeio. Inclusive me indicou um passeio que adorei.

Trung was super accomidating with everything you need, be it recommending tours or giving you a ride to the city centre. Enjoyed my stay!

It was a great place to visit. The caves are amazing. The HIllside is excellent. The Ngoc family are great hosts and looked after us with such friendliness. Very professional with great facilities and food was superb. Best coffee I have had so far. Great options to explore caves. Thank you, Gem and family.

Tutu' homestay is just amazing! It was the best place we stayed at during our whole 2-month Vietnam trip. Our room was simple but had everything we needed. There is a restraunt on the property where freshly made food is served for a reasonable price at any time of day. The family dinner offered a variety of vegetarian food and was a good place to talk to other travellers. The owner, Tutu, helped us a lot with planning our activities and advised us about which caves we should visit after there had been a big storm. It is possible to rent a motorbike at the property and the gas station is close by. All in all we would definitely recommend you to stay there and check out the great atmosphere yourself! ~ Annika & LP :)

The staff were very kind and accommodating. It’s in the center of town so it’s close to coffee shops, restaurants and spa.
