It’s about a 20-30 minute drive from the airport. The popular restaurants are also within a 2-3 mile drive, so it’s a great location! The surrounding neighborhood is very quiet. The overall service and room were very thoughtful. The check-in process was simple and clear, with insect-repelling scents and sprays, a small nightlight in the bathroom, a guestbook by the door, and even face masks available! There’s also a steam iron and regular iron to choose from. We only realized after leaving that there was no TV, which fits perfectly with the bamboo and zen concept.

The property was clean and well maintained. It was in an ideal spot to explore the big island. We stayed in a room with a shared bathroom and it was never an issue! The host was great at communicating.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hostel, and I must say that the experience was elevated to another level thanks to the incredible management by Marissa. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hostel was not only well-maintained but also run by someone with a genuine passion for hospitality. She greeted me with a warm welcome and provided a thorough tour of the facilities, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. She took the time to answer all my questions with great patience and always offered helpful tips on local attractions, transportation, and even hidden gems in the area. It was evident that they genuinely cares about the guests' experience and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels at home. The hostel itself is clean, safe, and has stargazing deck. It is also close to one of the most beautiful beach in big island.

Warm and wellcoming place. We felt there like being at home. Everything was absolutely clean, well equiped, with amazing ocean view and everyday changing sunset. We stayed there for 10 days, which was not quite enough to enjoy all the island. Next time a few more days will be a necessity, however we made many trips and every time on the way back we looked forward to this lovely hotel. Terletak di Volcano di kawasan Hawaii Island, Volcano Eco Cabin & Eco Lodge mempunyai penginapan dengan WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma. We absolutely loved our stay in the Eco Cabin! It’s completely off grid and still super cute, cozy, and comfortable with everything we needed. This was the perfect spot to stay while exploring Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. I highly recommend staying here!
