Staff are amazing and the hotel is lovely. Room was exactly the same as pictures. Bed is very comfortable and room is cosy. Staff went above and beyond l. Lots of things to do close by. Shuttle service is great too. My stay was 10/10

I am very satisfied with Hampton Inn. I had to check in due to unfavorable circumstances. It was below freezing weather and I had no water at my house due to the water freezing. I could not shower. I could not do dishes. I could not go to the bathroom. The weather made my life very uncomfortable. Hampton Inn is right around the corner from my house, so it's close and I could go home and check on my dogs. Also, I was very pleased to find out that Hampton Inn has washer and dryer access to the customers. I was able to bring my scrubs to the hotel and get them washed so I had fresh scrubs to wear to work. Hampton Inn had a very nice hot breakfast with several choices. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciate it. The fact that the shampoo and conditioner was phosphate-free and sulfate free parafan-free. That may seem like a really small detail, but it really isn't. That detail shows me that Hampton Inn does pay attention to the customer's needs. My overall stay at Hampton Inn was a very positive experience. I am grateful!

Front desk employees were very nice. During the breakfast we had the friendly attention of a young lady that I am so upset I forgot her name, but learned she has family in the Philippines (my husband asked her)...she tranformed a rutine meal into a very pleasant experience.
