Riu Plaza Chicago is attractively situated in the centre of Chicago, and features a fitness centre, free WiFi and a bar. I like the complimentary breakfast with lots of food variety, even for vegetarian. The location was amazing closer to the luxury brands, tourist spots and very accessible in all types of transportation.

We spent nearly all mornings at the hotel's chic restaurant, Somerset, where the service and dishes were simply amazing. We would like to sincerely thank all of the staff for their warm welcome and excellent service throughout, especially Gabriel, Camille, and ofcourse Alison! 10/10 Highly, highly recommended!

Rashid the owner went above to accommodate and make our stay unforgettable, even made us Moroccan green tea.
