Everything is very clean and tidy, there is free Coffee and Tea in the kitchen. Rooms are not big but again very well equipped and clean. Breakfast is also very nice with some fresh fruit and vegetables. The only topic which could be improved is that the matresses are rather hard, but the rest was perfect :)

Excellent host, Klaas, who knows a lot about local history, culture and people. He have us all sort of local recommendations and was very patient answering all of the questions. The B&B is truly special, located in a very beautiful 200 years old house. Very well maintained and renovated, that still contains many beautiful historical items like watches, furniture etc. We will definitely come again.

Home away from home... Very comfortable, right in the middle of Lemmer. We had a stormy, rainy spring weekend, but the apartment was very comfortable, and bright, and the view of the harbour great. Everything we needed was there, including coffe tabs and spices, washing machine and very useful: a dryer, after we got soaked working on our boat...

Set in Makkum in the Friesland region and Makkum Beach reachable within 400 metres, Beach Villa Makkum met sauna offers accommodation with free WiFi, a children's playground, a private beach area and... The house was fabulous, very spacious and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was ample parking space for our car. It was quiet, close to the beach for lovely walks.
