The location was phenomenal. Right in the heart of the old city, but on it's own in a quiet side street. Walking distance to everything. It was perfect. The hosts welcomed us as old friends and told us everything we'd need to know without rushing and giving time to answer questions. They even told us of a local food festival we were able to attend that was one of the highlights of our stay. They were available the whole time to answer any questions or issues we may have had. Communication was great. If you are on the fence about staying here, do it. You won't regret it.

The flat feels very new, very comfortable bed. Shower felt like a waterfall it was amazing. The terrace is also perfect to relax in the evening with some wine. Best part about this apartment is the free parking and the location, everything so close - the town, the supermarket.

Oh my goodness! What a pleasant surprise after the disappointment of the place we stayed in Dubrovnik. This was a very upscale, modern apartment. It was sparkling clean, fully equipped. Had a marvelous view from the bedroom over the promenade and the bay. Very modern...in fact so modern I had to go online to figure out how to use the conduction stovetop. There's a fully equipped kitchen, huge bathroom and big shower. Separate living room and separate bedroom. The rooms are laid out in a line so there's no window in the kitchen but a small window in the living room and two corner windows in the bedroom (which was in the front of the building) as described above. Loved staying there. Would stay again. I could live there! The location is great, just a few steps down to the promenade with lots of great restaurants and shops and the waterfront. Lovely walking paths around the points that are both full circle. Easy and flat and beautiful views. Take the 99 bus for a lovely countryside tour and up to the top for a spectacular view of the town and coastline. Also tbhe 99 bus will take you to a little village about 15 minutes away for local music, crafts and a taste of Croatian culture. (Both for a minimal charge). Take the 30 bus for a day trip into Dubrovnik instead of staying right in the city. Great stay in Cavtat. Could have stayed longer.
