This was a last minute booking, I didn’t have time to read the reviews, for the money I was expecting less, but what a surprise, the room was very clean, nice bathroom, and cute cat decoration everywhere that makes you feel like home. The owner was very friendly and helpful answering questions about the city. I really enjoyed my stay!

The guesthouse is always clean, neat, and comfortable. The location is convenient since it’s walking distance to many attractions and services like pharmacy, cafes, and night markets. We also had no safety issues. Breakfast is always delicious. Aside from those mentioned, the best thing about this guesthouse is that it feels like home. The staff and the owner are so kind, warm, and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early because the room was already available and even let us eat breakfast. When we had to leave earlier than breakfast time because of a tour, they even offered to pack us some mango sticky rice. When came back to get our stored luggage, they even said we can shower in the shared bathroom even when we have already checked out. They made us feel like part of a family and genuinely cared about giving us the best stay. Thank you for such an incredible stay!

It’s location is excellent has access to many markets east to walk to many food places. Easy to get a grab bike and it’s a quiet lane the hosts / owners are really helpful and kind - small place with a safe vibe. The owners are very knowledgable, Cleaning every second day it’s super clean. They gave me an umbrella to use due to the heat; for walking around. Security at night is good. Bed is medium comfort given an old injury this was important to me. Great fridge in the room. Places to hang Clothes and can wash your own close for a very small fee. Making it convenient for short or long stays. Bathroom good size and super clean with hot water and cold dependant on season. I felt very welcome here and automatically felt at home. The owners can also recommend good tours for good prices.

What I liked the most was the warmth and helpfulness of the personnel. I felt very welcomed and taken care of. Our room was also very nice, clean and had all the necessary facilities. Breakfest in the morning was very delicious. All in all very good value for the money.

The 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom apartment was very clean, well lit, and nicely decorated. The owner provided all of the amenities, including towels and washing supplies. The apartment was well secured and located in a pleasant area with restaurants and convenience stores. Swimming pool on top level, and Cafe and nail salon on ground level were extra convenient.

While it's not my first time in Chiang Mai, this visit is my favorite and i cant wait to come back here, to Su kho rom. Every morning wishes to enjoy the day from you guys, every refreshing cups of water after we got back, and the thoughtful gesture of adjusting our motorcycle's direction after we returned touched our hearts deeply. The attention to detail in cleaning the room was an incredible surprise to us, everything was so clean and organized. Every small item found its place, and we were genuinely moved by every single thing you did for us, just like my dad at home, so we both love to call you "Thai dads" as a way to express our gratitude. Many many more moments here with you guys kept many smiles on our faces, making us so difficult to leave here. Till our next journey in Su Kho Rom! And the best memories of Chiang Mai will be tied to this special place. Looking forward to the day to see our Thai dads again very soon!

Honestly the rooms are super beautiful and comfortable the view is superb and breathtaking. I underestimated the weather when i woke up at 5 it was so cold and it was misty. The breakfast really made us happy with the big portion and so scrumptious. Thank you for the hospitality. The staffs and the owner are very kind and beautiful + helpful. I will definitely come again. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

It is a very special place to stay at a reasonable price. You are truly treated like a guest. The owner and staff are super friendly, and Monica treated me like a friend. She even drove me to an electronics shop to get a new phone charger cord, arranged for me to stay in another hotel as I stayed an extra day and my room was booked, and walked there with my suitcase. The breakfast was delicious - and so much food: omelette, salad with homemade dressing, fruit and other Thai foods. I loved the sticky rice each day, especially the one roasted in bamboo. As for the place itself, the location is great and because it is tucked away on a back street, it is very quiet at night. Essentially, your room is in a home with beautiful teak floors and tasteful decor. The bed is comfy and covered with a luxurious quilt, the bathroom is clean and bright and everything works. I just can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed staying there! I will definitely recommend Ruanmata to my friends and stay again if I’m ever privileged to come to Chiang Anaí again.
