I wish we had have stayed here on the way back as well. The Four Villages was run by a mother and son team and was very homely (NOT the US meaning, more the UK meaning ie "cozy and homelike") - the rooms were comfortable, breakfast was great and it was very nice talking to the owners. We arrived late to the hotel, but our rooms were prepared, all we had do was pick up the keys from the receptionist who showed us to our rooms.
