Loved the morning lake view. The property is so well made that you feel like staying indoors. They were enough sofa-beds for kids. Everything basics in the kitchen, bedrooms and the living rooms. Very close to the lake as well. 5 minute walk and you are at the lake. The owner of the property was also very cooperative.

We’ve stayed 8 nights, wide rooms, wide saloon and fully equipped kitchen side, everything was new, clean and property with private fenced cars parking. The sea view is very clear, the owner “Abu Arin” is running the Zal Suites, he’s cheerful, helpful and available 24/7, price is valuable, property is close to airport and trabzon city center, walking distance from Forum Mall, I would recommend it for future stay for sure, I have all positive experience about it. The host is super friendly and helpful. The room is clean, spacious and bright. It is very closed to the food market where you can find fresh food and fish restaurants. Highly recommended.

Easily one of the best Apart/hotels I stayed in. High standard, very well equipped with a sea and Aya Sofia view. The rooms were spotless. The location is central, you could reach The Maydan using the mini bus in 10min. The one bedroom apartment is for couples the best option (even if on booking it says it is only for one person, that's not accurate). The Tv has a working Netflix account if that's something that raises your interest. Absolute recommendation for a long stay in Trabzon.

I loved so many things, and I had an awesome stay there. The most admirable is the hospitality of the owner, the excellent service offered by Hassan from the front desk, their availability, and their flexibility. I loved the style of the place too and how safe it felt for a solo female traveler. My flat was directly on a small garden with a swing on the sea! I enjoyed my egg swinging chair, the privacy, and the big balcony with the unparalleled view. There is also a fireplace (but it was summer, so I didn't need it, but I used the candle glasses). The balcony can either be fully closed, or you can fully open it for open air . I got sick, and they brought me medicine, and hospitable food. They were very nice and kind. They even invited me to a party they had for the birth of their grandson. I didn't know they had "paying in cash" on their website details, but they waited until I was able to transfer the money and obtain it for them. If I had any comment or feedback whatsoever on the stuff in the flat, they readily offered to fix it for me and were very receptive. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, and at home, and that was how I felt. They were professional, and warm. They also helped me get a very good tour guide and I had several lovely trips to the mountains, gondola, cave exploring, lakes and other places. There was fishing, and swimming there too. They also had some breakfast and lunch options which I liked. The scenery was fantastic! I would love to go back again, and would have loved to extend my stay further.

Very clean and calm It requires a good walk from the mosque since it s located on top of a cliff but it was a very good occasion to walk and make the body move I can assure you that the first day it was hard but the other days it was easier and more enjoyable I recommend 10000%

This is the best Otel i had seen. All rooms, kitchen,family setting room are big, clean and tidy. The man who help us name is Ali. This man very helpful and very kind. I advise this Otel. Located within 11 km of Atatürk Pavilion and 47 km of Sumela Monastery, Fera Life Suit Apart offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Trabzon. The property was very nice and new and close to everything. I really recommend every one to stay in this apartment. Heating system and hot water are available all the time. Mr luqman was, very helpful and provides everything you need. Wifi was strong and all kitchen appliances are available. This property is a value of money. The property make a deep clean every 5 days. Many thanks for Mr luqman for his kind hospitality and welcoming we felt like as we are at home. All markets are near by so I strongly recommend all to choose this property.
