This was absolutely fabulous! Completely happy. Obviously different people want different things but this was 100% perfect in my opinion, and has everything you could want. The apartment is in such a good location, and when you come in you feel at home immediately. The hallway is makes you feel tranquil and happy. The room is decorated with such consideration, that I felt the owner really cared I'd have a good time. Since I stayed here for work I had to leave early each day (so I did not use breakfast but I bet it's great too) and was very grateful for the coffee. The room was sound insulated well. There is AC which was helpful as this was an unusually hot summer night (normally I don't use AC), and I made extra sure to always switch off during the day. Communication by the owners was clear and kind, and at the same time not overburdening. I really like this way of check in where you get a code, because it means I am free to arrive on my own time schedule. Excellent value. I hope many people will be able to enjoy the pleasure of staying here.

Had also facilities like hair dryer, dishwasger, many differebt types of glasses (so you can celebrate new year with champagne in style :D). Lovely place with great location- 50min walk to Piotrkowska. Also had a parking. Easy to get into and contact free check in and out.

Piotrkowska 89 Residence is situated in Piotrkowska Street, in Łódź's city centre. Clean, spacious apartment equipped with everything you might need. Very friendly and polite staff. A bottle of wine was waiting for us in the kitchen :)

We enjoyed our stay so much. Apartment was cosy, nicely decorated. Nice touch coffee machine, sugar, tea, salt, pepper, soap. Bed , sofa and all bedding so comfortable, so we had a nice sleep. But the best of all was basin sink 😁
