Florian and Marcus are very kind and helpful in fulfilling any request. There are many sandy beaches nearby, although they are basically accessible by car. Parking is possible next to the house of your choice. There is also a well-equipped shop nearby (also by car).

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Lido I Palmizi is a recently renovated apartment set in Capoliveri, a few steps from Lido Beach. Very nice, clean, near perfect beaches, if you are not lazy to walk, you can find empty one around 5 km.

Situated in Marciana, 5 km from Cabinovia Monte Capanne and 21 km from Acquario dell'Elba, Il Castagno offers a garden and air conditioning. Beautiful view from the terrace, every evening sunset. Very good wifi. Jose nice person.

Casa Anna - Capo Perla Apartments features sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Capoliveri, 500 metres from Straccoligno Beach. Capo Perla Apartmens are absolutely amazing, very spacious, cosy, and the view form there is a dream. The kitchen had everything you can wish for including a coffee mashine, there was a washing mashine for use as well. Also our dogs were welcomed and the parking possibilty was spacious even for a huge car. The check in and check out was easy and flexible, communication great. We felt very welcomed :)

Bed & Bike Casa dei Papi has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Portoferraio, 1.9 km from Lido Beach. Central location to everything on the island. Quiet and away from busy downtown areas. Apartment style, kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Hot water with excellent pressure.

Agriturismo Galenzana provides self-catering accommodation a 5-minute drive from the centre of Campo nell'Elba. Studios and apartments all come with a patio, sea view and outdoor dining area. Absolutely amazing gem of a place to stay on the island of Elba. The greatest thing about this place is the location. When you first arrive, you may be a little confused, because you have to drive through a small street in the heart of Marina Di Campo, where it seems to be only pedestrian, but after you pass this, you drive up a remote dirt road to a private hill top, where you have access to a private beach, but you are still 5 minutes from the center of town for all your needs (markets, restaurants, shopping, clubs, bars, etc). Be also advised that to go to and from the beach, you have to walk down/up a steep hill.

Residence Reale is set on Reale Bay, 200 metres from the nearest beach and 2 km outside Porto Azzurro. It offers outdoor pools for adults and children, a playground and free parking. Our view from one of the corner units was absolutely incredible. The place was perfectly clean both in the room and on the grounds. Folks were friendly.

Belvedere Residenza Mediterranea features an amazing furnished garden with pool and panoramic views of the sea. It is located in north Portoferraio, on the Elba Island. We really enjoyed our stay at Belvedere, the private suite we had just by the pool, the size of the room, super well furnished and equipped with everything you might need to arrange yourself a nice breakfast or picnic. The grounds are very well kept, with a lovely garden embracing the property overlooking the city/sea. Tomasso was quick, responsive, helpful, a true host.

Elba LOFT is a beachfront property located in Porto Azzurro, a few steps from Spiaggia la Pianotta and 500 metres from Spiaggia la Rossa. The apartment was perfect for our stay in Porto Azzurro. The balcony is really the main attraction of the apartment. There is a lovely view into the port and you can comfortably sit out there and just watch the happenings on the water or below you as there are lots of people walking by. The bedroom was large and the bed was comfortable. There was ample space to store clothes or luggage. The kitchen is adequate if you plan to do simple cooking.
