Set in the centre of Zadar, 1.3 km from Kolovare Beach and 1.4 km from Maestrala Beach, K rooms old town self check in offers free WiFi and air conditioning. The apt. is brand spanking new and clean. Located in old town and close to local bus stops that take you to the main station. Loved the little balcony that has windows and little outdoor table and chairs. It’s a perfect place to sip your morning coffee or evening wine. The bed was very comfortable. Easy check-in and check out. Host was very quick to respond. It’s on the 3rd floor up the spiral stairs. I had no issues going up with my travel back pack.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Rooms Zemunik is a recently renovated apartment set in Donji Zemunik, 24 km from Kornati Marina. The property was beautiful but the Hosts were amazing, my 19 year old daughter was traveling through Europe and had her Bag and phone stolen in Split .. I was so stressed and needed to get her on a plane from Zadar Airport ,I managed to get her on a bus to Zadar. I then contacted Stjepan, the host and explained my situation, he was the best, he and his wife went above and beyond, they picked my daughter up from the bus, brought her to the lovely apartment and then drove her to the Airport the next day, plus they kept in contact with me all the time. I can never thank these people enough, for their kindness, hospitality and their beautiful place ❤️

Vila BonBon 1, a property with a terrace, is set in Biograd na Moru, 500 metres from Dražica Beach, 700 metres from Soline Beach, as well as 1.1 km from Bosana Beach. Location pretty close to the beach, a 10-minute walk across the campsite. Communication with the host was very good.

The owner was extremely helpful and made us feel welcomed the moment we arrived. The studio apartment was extremely clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped which included some of the host's family made olive oil. The location is really handy for the old time and ferries. Brilliant place.

In the heart of Zadar, set within a short distance of Maestrala Beach and Kolovare Beach, Emily offers free WiFi, air conditioning and household amenities such as a fridge and coffee machine. Not many apartments in Croatia for a family of 5 include a lift and a walking shower (most are stairs only, with a tub or the European pre fabricated showers). My aunts have limited mobility and were pleased with the facilities of the apartament. Also, beds and pillows were comfortable. There were also many details around the house that show that the host cared about their guests, such as tooth paste for each guest, juice, butter and tea (small new packets, not the usual leftovers from previous guests you usually get from other apartments or airbnb). Overall, 10/10 stay for us.
