The apartment is well-equipped and very clean, with many thoughtful and welcoming touches— like a tiny Christmas tree next to the bed! The large bed is very cozy with about six pillows and one of those full-width cylindrical bolsters you see in France. I have visited France for many years, and this bed is modern luxury and very different from classic French beds, even in deluxe hotel rooms in Paris. The two radiators are modern and easily adjustable, and although the apartment was cold upon my arrival, (perfectly understandable for a vacant flat) it heated up quickly, and I was able to cuddle under the afghan on the couch while waiting for that. There’s a kettle, an induction plate, a coffee maker, and a microwave.
