It depends on goals and desires, only in case you'd rather spend the most of the time around Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, location might not be ideal. We would definitely come back to Avani Plus.

Moreover the staff are so polite and incredible. Mr. Shahid at the front office, special thanks to him for the upgrade. The waterfront property indeed a family friendly and go to go property. All our henceforth visit in dubai, I assure that we can choose this property with closed eyes.

The room is clean, comfortable, service at a high level! I would like to especially thank the room cleaning staff, Yousuf and Ahmed, they cleaned the rooms efficiently, so I would like to thank them separately and I would like the hotel management to praise such wonderful people! My requests and wishes regarding the cleanliness of the kitchen and balcony were fulfilled!
