Great space for a family, specially for a young family like mine. Clean and well equipped rooms. Loved the fact that the rooms very well separated with bathroom to each. Great location with loads of eateries around and extremely close to the city of arts and science. Bus stop just outside the hotel to get into the old town.

Offering city views, Ramirez Flats Valencia is set in the El Pla del Real district of Valencia, less than 1 km from Turia Gardens and a 17-minute walk from Jardines de Monforte. I really loved stay here! It was really spacy and clean room. Great facilities for babies (even baby feeding chair in the room). Stuff is so so friendly! The parking is on the spot. The location is really good. Absolutely nothing to complain!

Clean and cozy, well equipped kitchen, self check-in/check-out. Close to metro and bus stations. Wifi works good. Not noisy, even tho it is ground floor. Strong water pressure. The apartment was very clean and had a small equipped kitchen with everything you need, as well as a fridge. The bed was very confortable and spacious. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, but further from the centre of the city, approximately an hour away on foot.

Conveniently located in old town and walking distance to lots of tourist attractions, restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean and spacious, the sofa bed was comfortable (only had 1 person, but seemed big enough for 2). Access was by a door code which was really convenient if guests want to split up and come back during the day etc (there is a key available that they ask you to take in case there is trouble with the code, but we didn't experience any trouble). Communication was really great!

There was dishwasher and washing machine, which was nice. Everything looked great.
