I liked that such a comfortable hotel exists in the region. I really liked the large, clean swimming pool. The staff were great, one staff member even accompanied me back to my room after I returned late at night. I regret not eating in the restaurant at night. I perused the menu in the morning and saw that the prices were similar to other lesser hotels. The restaurant is very stylish and in the morning they did a great coffee for me. I wouldn’t do room service with such a facility.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the smiling reception team. We experienced nothing but professionalism, such a delight. The team were polite, professional and caring, and we experienced this in every department. Obviously a well run Hotel. We had three meals in the restaurant… lunch, dinner and breakfast. All professionally served and the food was excellent. The buffet breakfast had everything you could ask for … even an Italian espresso coffee machine ! My wife and I have been in the hospitality industry for over 40 years, and it was such a pleasure to be served by a team who obviously enjoyed their jobs and we’re proud to be in the industry too! It's literally 4 minutes drive from the airport, yet surprisingly, it was very quiet and peaceful. Loved the homemade food. I cannot eat spicy food due to health reasons. I asked the family to make non-spicy Chicken curry, plain dal and whole wheat chapati, and they did a fantastic job. The family members are super nice and welcoming. It felt like visiting a friend's house. The best place to stay if you arrive in Bagdogra very late or if you have a early morning flight
