Splendid hotel. Very clean, good facilities, staff went over and above to fulfill all the requests and more. They even let us check in earlier, which we really appreciated. Very close to the airport, comfy beds, spacious shower. Everything was trully excellent.

Rosa was so accommodating. Her bnb is very nice, simple and very quiet considering the proximity to the airport. The transfer to/from the airport is by a very nice driver. I highly recommend Rosa's bnb and to have her arrange any transfer you may need. This is an excellent and more affordable place to base yourself if you want to spend time in Venice. I took the transfer service but you could easily walk to her place. Thank you Rosa for being so kind !

Location is close to the airport and it is super clean. We had to catch a flight at 6:20am and we needed a place for five people and close to the airport. We assumed that it would be easy to get a taxi or Uber. But in Venice, that is not the case. The property Manager Lisa really helped us to schedule a taxi at 3:30. She called many places and tried her best to help us.

Excellent small home-like hotel. Very clean and cozy in quiet countryside location, just few minutes ride from the airport. We arrived late at night, the self check-in process was easy and simple, we just followed the clear instructions that we received. The room was big and clean, well designed and equipped. We met the hostess in the morning, a very nice lady who helped us a lot, much more than expected. There also parking places with sitting area outside in the garden. The communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was very good. We had some questions and requests, all were answered quickly and effectively. It is a perfect place to spend a night in case of late arrival or early departure. Or just to spend a couple of days in a quiet countryside.
