Great location on Camino. Facilities not very clean. Shower extremely tiny. Anyone bigger than 70kg would not fit thru door (I had to squeeze in). Shower head broken. Kitchen basic and not clean. Gorgeous city by the sea.
Gorgeous city by the sea. Beautiful blend of the old and the new, from a bridge designed by Gustave Eiffel to a modern shopping plaza in the centre of town near the main train station. A definite Parisian feel with lots of colorful sidewalk cafes and shops along clean, tree lined streets. I highly recommend making this a stop on your tour of Northern Portugal.GordziejewskiCanada

The room was comfortable and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the city. The staff were incredible: made me feel so welcome and the breakfast in the morning, which was included, was excellent. Thanks Eduardo, you were very friendly! They even provided foil so I could wrap a roll with cheese and ham to take on my walk. The rooms are cozy and all cooking amenities are available in a communitary kitchen. Our hosts were lovely and spoiled us with a substantial breakfast.
