The historic centre was well worth visiting and taking time to explore the city. There are plenty of coffee houses to enjoy although in the evening, a number of establishments were closed through staffing shortages. There were sufficient to enable a different restaurant each night. I thought that the price was expensive but normal for the Netherlands. Not a cheap location.DenisUnited Kingdom - Scored 1010

We didn't have much time in Zutphen, but the old town is very charming! We definitely enjoyed our walk through town, and would have liked to stay a bit longer (Our accommodation was outside the town, so we only had about 1-2 hours to walk around)EllenBelgium - Scored 8.08.0

Good restaurants and shops; many interesting old buildings; good bus and train services to the surrounding areas, so visits to other places easily practicable. One day I went on the bus to Eefde and saw the very interesting locks on the Twente canal; another day went to Apeldoorn and the Hoge Veluwe, butthere's enough to see in Zutphen itself such as the Walpurgis church.Ian KUnited Kingdom
