By far, THE BEST stay we had with 3 young children. We had three different hotels before, asking and thinking we made a reservation for a family room... only to be utterly disappointed. But this one, we call a family room!!! Large room with large beds, a very spacious desk. There was even a corner with 6 relaxseats with a table in the middle, next to the window with a nice view of the city. Oh, and did I mention the massage chair, too? The room was so spacious that we could spread out 3 large suitcases and 3 trolleys to pack and unpack. We could tidy up our coats and some luggage into the cloak space. The bathroom was the typical Japanese style home bath with enough space to shower and wash yourself before going into the bathtub. The toilet was separated from the bathroom in the "changing room". You could stall your toiletries around the sink and big mirror and help and change small children to go in and out of the bathroom. With this comes your typical Japanese hospitality with nice helpful staff and loads of amenities!! The staff was so considered to put us in 2 rooms next to each other. (Familyroom and a twinroom)

My son and I stayed at this hotel for just one night. We originally booked a superior twin room but were fortunate to be upgraded to a spacious deluxe corner room with two double beds, a large closet area, and a dressing table with a mirror. The staff were courteous and extremely helpful when I inquired about the airport shuttle service. The room was exceptionally large, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the stunning, breathtaking views. The location was very convenient, being just a short walk from Rinku Station and Rinku Premium Outlet. Additionally, there were several convenience stores and drugstores nearby.

    We didn’t like the location at all, on the internet it says the first train to airport starts at 4:30 that’s why I booked this location but we turned out having to book a taxi ride which was 5500 yen just 6k to the airport 🥲

    This is a quiet town just off Kansai.

    This is a quiet town just off Kansai. We stayed here a few days before, and a few days after Okinawa. Malls and restaurants are very close, but the overall city is not as busy as Osaka metro, making it a more peaceful stop along the way.

    We had a comfortable stay, and the room was very clean. We appreciated the buffet breakfast and access to the onsen. My daughter especially loved the manga book wall in the quiet space next to the cafe and onsen. Clearer instructions for English speakers on the type of booking, eg. whether we got a Netflix password from the hotel, whether we had access to the robes, etiquette for first-time onsen users, would have been great, etc. The hotel was a short walk to the Rinku Town train station, which was very handy. Thank you!

    Perfect for a last day before your flight back home.

    Perfect for a last day before your flight back home. Big designer outlet and smaller ‘mall: with eateries and more everyday shops. All sited next to a beautiful, pebbly beach. Very relaxing last day in Japan. Very easy to get to by train.

    Loved the area.

    Loved the area. I would say is a little on the outskirts side of Osaka, however Rinku is just 1 train stop away and you still can walk around and soak in the beautiful and calming atmosphere of the authentic Japan neighbourhood! Food options I would say are a little limited, but then again, I do not think you should visit Izumi-Sano for the food, but for the environment and accommodation! Having a car would be very convenient too, as you can drive up to the city where Umeda and Dotonbori are located! Overall, Izumisano is a great place to stay and view in Japan!

    I only stayed one night as it was close to the airport.

    I only stayed one night as it was close to the airport. I ventured out on arrival and found Izumi-Sano had more to offer than I imagined. There was a very large outlet shopping centre which o would have enjoyed more time exploring but was tired after the days journey. I would have also liked to have taken a walk to the sea. Next time I will definitely stay at least a couple of days.

    We stayed at the hotel on our 1st and last day of the trip, which proved to be a great choice. The hotel is a mere 3 mins walk from the arrival hall, major train stations can be found right by the side of the hotel so it's really convenient to commute between major cities and the hotel. The room is sparkling clean and cosy at the same time. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone who wishes to have a stress free arrival or departure to/ from Kansai Airport.

    Good room size for 3 adults. Pleasant modern design overall. Nice of hotel to provide free shuttle service to airport (but no pickup service from airport). The hot bath facilities was one of the better ones we experienced this trip to Osaka and Kyoto cities. Very good walking distance to Rinku outlet with delicious F&B facilities, and next to train station.

    The twin rooms are big with a sofa sitting area. The double room has a good view of the city, looks amazing at nite with all the lightnings. Useful that the hotel provide free shuttle services to the Kansai airport, although we didnt use as the train ride is also convenient. Only one stop to Kansai airport station.
