As much as Luka is very Tourist dependent, it has a rich culture of locals who return for the summers. This makes it a very Croatian village with a ton of charm. Eat at the Konoba (really good food!) or at home (the village market has a reasonable selection and better prices than the nearest grocery store), swim anywhere, bring a book - the internet and cell coverage is spotty - and relax!KalenGermany - Scored 2.02.0

There are much better places to stay on the Dugi Otok like Bozava, Sali, etc. Luka is just a tiny village (few guesthouses) and 2 restaurants, both of which I would not recommend, especially B&B GrillVasilBulgaria

The location is right by the seashore and a bit secluded from other houses in the village of Luka and the site is thus very quiet and peaceful. The apartment had all the essentials (as described and shown in the pictures) and the host ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Room had a balcony with a beautiful view. Our host Jure is the best host ever. He welcomed us in a very warm way and told us about all the amazing places where we could go. He was really nice and helpful. Luka is also a lovely place, has cute little beaches and crystal clear sea. Would recomend to everyone!PjeroNetherlands
