Location is very good, view is ok ( either street or mountain), breakfast is very good ( variety and taste) but it’s ending by 10 ( so early). Big free parking in-front of the hotel with sitting area. The both girls on reception are superb; Natta and Teona ( hope said the spilling correctly) they are very friendly, helpful. Service is amazing, they get to your request.

the hotel was new, and looks great. the room were big with amazing view, and was amazing for a family of 5 people. 2 connected rooms. The restaurant was also amazing, and the sauna and pool was a bonus for us.

Hi we have booked Alpina Hotel, It took the reservation.But this hotel is not operate any more. I have transferred to different hotel that is not satisfied me. I dont understand why booking.com take reservation for closed hotel. this is cheating the customers.

The owner was extremely nice to us. Made our son pancakes in the morning casue we asked him where we could buy. The view is truly amazing. The breakfast is the best one we had so far. The view from the room was stunning. The hotel is designed really nice!

- Good value for money - all rooms we stayed in onsuite - within 200m of Spar supermarket/loads of restaurants/10min walk from the slopes - WiFi decent - the property arranged a transfer for $100 each way from Tblisi to Gudauri - linen and towels provided and clean. A change of towels provided midweek.
