The Receptionist was extremely helpful when I requested an early check of which wasn't chargeable. The hotel was clean and the room was extremely spacious. The reason I booked the room was for the bath and it was amazing, so deep!

The staff was friendly and helpful. India was a great hostess. The beds were comfortable and our room was cute and well stocked . The location was perfect for sightseeing and finding unique restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and served early enough for us to eat and still catch our train.

The apartment provided an ideal base for visiting the International Bomber Command Centre and exploring Lincoln City and the surrounding area. The close proximity of the village shop and nearby eateries was an added bonus.

This is a great property once you are inside the door! Like has already been said it is a lovely retreat with good facilities and is fashionably decorated. Its location to amenities and attractions near by is also good. It would be a 10 if scored on the accommodation alone. Booked as we wanted to be in Branston itself.
Very comfortable bed, nice cosy space, located in a quiet area. Will be staying here again in the future instead of hotels in the city. Good communication from the lady. Called and text to let me know where to find the key.
Super clean, quiet, rustic, warm and lovely people, nice breakfast too. It is a rewarding feeling when breakfast is made for you instead of those industrial buffet you have at a chain hotel. Reasonable priced.
Stayed overnight at the retreat prior to prom dress shopping with my daughter. The retreat was well presented with everything we needed for a short stay. Much nicer than a hotel room.
