If we had a question about anything the management responded very fast. It was a great holiday. The hotel restaurant and ski hire service nearby were also very good and we had great fun skiing too. Sastamala nearby is a lovely place to visit as well. Highly recommended and the resort is great for biking in summer too.JenniUnited Kingdom
