If I could score this hotel 20 instead of 10 i would.
The staff were excellent and the food (the cakes) were world class. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were spoilt rotten with world class service and food.
The value for money is off the scale and this little hotel deserves all the success it will hopefully achieve.

Also, there are very nice tavernas with delicious food ( seafood , fish or meet dishes). Unexpected experience ! Super !

Suances has a few lovely beaches with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. A good holiday venue but don’t stay in the town because too far to walk to the beach. There are lots of hotels, apartments near the beach.

Slight problem with the sofa bed.
Slight problem with the sofa bed. When in the seating position it was almost impossible to sit on as it tilted towards the floor and you slid off. Not comfortable at all and is the only comfy seating apart from one small armchair.

A superb hotel within a few minutes walk of the beach. If you're into Motorsports you'll think you're in heaven for that is the theme and everywhere you look there is interesting memorabilia on display.
The staff are extremely helpful, the breakfasts are simply superb and in the evening the restaurant serves excellent food at a very reasonable price. An easy short drive to Santander so I'm confident that we will try to book again in the future.
It’s a really nice hotel, warm and welcoming. The food is great, and the pool is still open in September- hard to find in Spain. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It’s only a five minute drive to Suances playa, and some breathtaking coastal coves and bays nearby. We have stayed here three times now and definitely recommend it.
The bedroom was clean and comfortable as were the main spaces in the hotel. The staff were friendly and the reception staff very helpful. The swimming pool is large and well kept and there are usually parking spaces although the car park is always pretty full.
There were very nice and friendly persons at the reception (both at check-in & check-out). As we did not like the hotel - receptionist just adjusted our reservation to 1 day instead of 2.
