Comfy bed, water was hot, the staff despite the protestations that their English wasn't very good actually speak really good English. I'm just a fast talking rural Australian most people struggle to understand. They also didn't question me loudly clapping and shouting watching the NRL grand final in their courtyard. Amazing location near the old town at the foot of the mountains to boot. They have a western style toilet in addition to the squat toilet in the bathroom. The old school hand carved beds are really cool too.

Reception was extremely helpful and spoke good English and went out of their way to assist us. Bed was comfortable and although the room was not large was fitted out well, plenty of water offered which is very useful.Close to old town and 3 pagodas. I would happily return to this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here :) The guesthouse is located about a 10 - 15 minutes walk from Dali Old Town so its away from the bustling crowd and activities, because of that we got a very nice and peaceful neighbourhood area where we can relax after a whole day of exploration. The host is very friendly and helpful! She recommended great food places and attractions. Shoutout to the host's cute dog Meiya! Overall, my friend and I really enjoyed our short 2 day stay. Would recommend this guesthouse for travellers looking for a relaxing short stay around Dali Old Town :)
