Kloten is basically where Zurich airport is.

Dear colleagues, I am a Hyatt guest with your gold passport number 518976619B. For the night from October 24 to 25, 2024, I made a reservation for me for one night at Hyatt Zurich Airport hotel via www.booking.com and with a guarantee with my debit card. The JASTA travel agency, which organized my flight to Zurich, asked me if I am planing to stay at Hyatt Zurich Airport and I confirmed it. The agency doublechecked it with Hyatt a made a direct advance hotel payment for me. On Thursday last week I landed in Zurich, went to Hyatt, confirmed that the payment was performer by the travel agency and stayed overnight at the room. During the night I received a message from my bank that due to the „no show“ at Hyatt Zurich Airport I was billed with an additional 229 CHF. I understood that it was a mistake because I´ve already slept at Hyatt Zurich Airport. In the morning I checked the mistake with the reception and they informed me that I was at Hyatt Regency at Zurich Airport (which was paid by the Jasta travel agency) and I should maybe to stay at Hyatt Place at the Zurich Airport which is approx. 200 meter away from the Hyatt Regency and which was probably booked by www.booking.com. I went to the next Hyatt and this was really true. May I ask you please to return the payment of 229 CHF back to my debit card in this special mistake case of mixing two Hyatt hotels in the same building? I was there for 3 nights and Kloten was such a great location with no stress knowing that the airport was just a very short walk from my hotel. This location was had a food court, shops, restaurants. I think it's a sweet little town with the natural local residents being a nice mix of youthful to retirees, rascals to professionals.With the more civilized individuals being more prominent while one strolls around the neighborhood. in general, the neighborhood is quiet and nice and there is a denner right next to the coop so food is affordable. However, I did see some of the real estate listing in the local real estate agency and find that the properties might be way overpriced - take that information to what you think of it.Jen-JayChina

Trains to Zurich leave every 5-10 min and it takes 15 min to get to the city center. There are some butiks and cafes near here . There is a round a clock mini supermarket just in the hotel.
