From the road Red Cedar Motel looks tired but our room was spotless and the bathroom was spacious and newly fitted out. It was quiet and no road noise to be heard.

Clean and well appointed room. Comfortable bed.
The entire hotel renovated to a high motel standard with the exception of shared bathroom. Bar fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Air con not window mounted. Highly recommended.
Friendly locals and a great country atmosphere. We attended the nostalgia tv and film festival which was fantastic. Well done to all the organisers. We went to a fancy dress at the RSL CLub as well which was a lot of fun. We will definitely be back next year.

Mussellbrook is an old town which you pass through on the way to Scone or Singleton or further.
Having stayed here a long time ago I can't say anything stands out.
There is an art gallery and several other tourist spots which were outlined in our room but we didn't stay long enough to investigate.

If you like great drives, especially ones that include really nice scenery, Muswellbrook is a surprisingly excellent centre to base yourself. Scone to Merriwa, Merriwa back to Muswellbrook, the *incredible* Bylong Valley Way, the breathtaking Lake St Clair, the roads around East Gresford, the list goes on ... .

We had a wonderful stay at Muswellbrook Northside B&B. Everything was great. The room, the deck, the facilities, the area, everything. The room was well presented, super comfy and spotless. Extra point for the towels that were more than soft and smell like home. The items provided for breakfast were fantastic as we had variety for every taste. We even had the BBQ available for use which we used for our dinners on the deck. We cannot say more than thank you to the owners for a great closing of the year.
This is an elegant and well appointed hotel, as reflected by the price. I loved everything. The bed was like a cloud, though too soft for my husband’s taste.
Everything felt clean, fresh and well maintained.
The dinner was Devine. We both had the beef fillet with a side of mushrooms. It was melt in your mouth tender and the mushrooms had so much flavour.
We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast. Everything perfectly cooked and very tasty.
I’d definitely stay here again.
Good view of the golf course if you stay in a room at the back of the hotel. Quieter there as well. I have stayed here twice now and would recommend to anyone travelling with a dog.
the room was spacious, clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were amazingly helpful. If you need a place to stay in Muswellbrook, I recommend Noah's
