Conveniently located near to supermarkets, bakery , and 15 minutes walk to sevan lake it offered easy access to all places . The apartment is new , very clean, beautifully modern decorated, with a comfortable bed and kitchen equipped with everything that made our stay very enjoyable. The owner exceptionally friendly and attentive, he took us by his car and showed the area providing excellent recommendations for the places we can visit. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. We appreciated his kindness and nice gesture. Her place is perfectly situated near Sevan Lake, making it an ideal spot if you're visiting the area. The view, with apple trees surrounding the house, is simply breathtaking. Rose went above and beyond by recommending nearby restaurants and even advising us on what to order, which was super helpful when the waitress tried to push something that wasn’t something local. Our stay was nothing short of perfect—she even baked us a delicious Armenian dish in the morning. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you want to feel right at home.

A wonderful place to relax. After a long journey it was nice to relax here. The owner was very kind. The house is right on the lake with an amazing view. The house itself is clean and tidy. There is a small kitchen with a stove and kettle.
