I loved the fact we could see the waterfront and the mountain when standing at the balcony. I think the location is great, we didn't have to drive too long to get to the places we had planned to visit. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was also great. Beautiful hotel but a few things could have been done a little better in the interests of such high standards. Breakfast in a hotel of this standard and quality should not have been restricted (eg 2 drinks only...I think several cups of coffee and a glass or 2 of juice is not unreasonable). However the staff, the surroundings, the suite, the grounds were all fabulous.

All the staff were happy & very attentive which made all the difference. The bedrooms were very tasteful in design, large, with gorgeous views of the garden. Christmas gifts were a nice touch left in our room. The pool was quiet & well staffed. The food was good. We loved our stay.
