l and my Partner arrived at the hotel on the 27th of July around 7pm the place was amazing, We paid for 2night unfortunately something came up on our way incident of a Family member passed away then we mention that at the Reception to Cancel the booking of the second day the lady at the Reception agreed and she says it s ok you will pay 50% of that OK then we slept 1 night as we were already paid for 2 night The following day we checkout and ask for our refund the Lady Anne said No it is now impossible the story changed from yesterday ,we felt like disrespected in that Hotel ,that is not fair at allthokozileSouth Africa - Scored 1010

Bela Bela is a small town and everything is central.
Bela Bela is a small town and everything is central. I found that there wasn't a lot of things that can be done at a reasonable price except for the Warmbaths resort. Would've been nice to see the Big 5 as advertised, but we didn't get to see any elephants, although were told people on the game drives see them as the game rangers know where they are. The Lions are kept in an enclosure, but you are not able to view them freely, you can only see them on Wednesday and Sunday morning for feeding. Having said that we did enjoy our stay, it was relaxing, everyone was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.AAnonymous - Scored 6.06.0

We stayed in the Mablingwe Nature Reserve, Private Residences, the ROCK COTTAGE, which I would never recommend as your safety is not considered even if the ceilings fall down, For me if you have great accommodation and comfort the being in the bush experience can be enjoyed, dont expect an animal safari.KimSouth Africa - Scored 1010

Everything was perfect except that game driving was not available during our stay. We thought that breakfast was offered only to find out that where we are staying they don't bring it! We also didn't bring any food only to find out that the only shop that is there is extremely expensive then the following day we drove to town to buy our own grocery at known grocery shops. It's easy to drive around Bela- Bela. Next time we know that will have to bring with our own grocery since buying at the facility cost an arm and a leg!Nonhlanhla ButheleziSouth Africa
