Pros: Wonderful staff! They really made it memorable for us.

Staff members were accommodating and helpful. Really enjoyed our room. The location is just outside of old town, which makes it quiet and less chaotic. The hotel arranged pick up from Hue and drop off at Danang airport.

I would give service beyond five stars. I truly felt like Spring and A were my close friends. Maybe because I was a solo female traveler, but I think they’re just so hospitable to everyone. They always made me feel so welcome and at home. They also helped with amazing recommendations like the bamboo circus, arranged transport for me and basically made me feel so VIP like I was the only guest. I was sad to leave. The room was basic but very clean and the bed clean and so comfy. Complimentary water comes as well. The location was perfect as it’s super close to the market and so many shops/cafes however it’s maybe two streets past the very busy part so was more peaceful and quiet. Bikes to rent for very cheap. Amazing little hotel!

the twin beds were comfortable and a good size, the bathroom was clean and equipped with shampoo, soap and a hair dryer. the room was cleaned and towels changed daily. great location- within close walking distance of the market. we stayed here over lunar new year and the staff was still available around the clock and always very friendly and helpful!
