Facilities, pools, quality of the drinks. Both if you ask me what was most important for me was the way staff handled problems. Special shoutout to Hatice from reception/check in (to fix the booking related misunderstanding of the room capacity), and Aynur from customer relations (to reimburse liquid damage occurred to my iPad when luggage room staffed dropped my bag pack accidentally and water bottle glass broke into pieces and caused water damage to my iPad power outlet). Staff like this make a difference when it comes to troubleshoot unforeseen situations which can/and does happen wherever you go. I felt that they prioritized customer satisfaction which is worth making a note of. Kudos to Hatice and Aynur!

A very nice, comfortable hotel close to the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very nice and always fresh and made especially for you. A good location to explore the local area. Very close to the harbour where you can see the local fishing boats unloading and buy fish directly from them.
