Gorgeous tents, personalised service, and the same staff all the way throughout the stay made it feel so special. The personal touches in the room, complimentary gift and candlelight dinner related to a honeymoon made the trip extra special. We were lucky enough to see all the animals in the reserve including lion, cheetah, elephants, hyena. The open top game vehicles made it really fantastic to spot all the wildlife. The viewing deck onto one of the watering holes also made it easy to spot wildlife from the Camp. Will definitely come back and recommend to everybody. Super helpful, friendly and always up for a chat and teaching us Swahili. The location of the camp being right by the gate of Amboseli Park was brilliant and we loved that the tents were separated far enough from each other that you felt like you were in your own private lodge. The firepit with a view of Mnt Kili and the animals walking past is breathtaking. We could sit by the fire, having our sundowners and enjoy the sounds of the night for hours. We liked that there is only WiFi in the communal area and not in the rooms/pool/garden area as this allows you to properly switch off and take in the scenery. Would recommend and would certainly stay again.

I came to this hotel to enjoy the nature of Kenya and the beautiful view of Mount Kilimanjaro. I chose a hotel for an affordable price for me and a frontal view of Kilimanjaro. My journey started at the airport, I wrote to the hotel and asked to organize a transfer for me. I was greeted in the car by a friendly local guy… of who runs this hotel. This was very important as this is my first time in Kenya and I didn't want to be stressed out and get scammed. So it was a good option. On the way, my driver told me a lot of interesting things about local life. The hotel is new, small, cozy, a room with a large bed and a comfortable mattress, a TV, with french Russian and English programs ,a toilet and a shower. The price is one of the cheapest I found on booking.com. The price included breakfast, which had everything you need. There is also a chef in the hotel and I fully ate at the hotel while I was there. It is very convenient . The hotel has its own territory, which is fenced, a small area for a fire, evening parties. And most importantly - a direct view of the treasure of Kenya, Mount Kilimanjaro. The hotel offers to organize a safari and this is a good offer for the price. I took advantage of it. If you want to get to know Kenya, here you will feel the authentic atmosphere of this country. I really liked it .

The location is stunning, with the views of Kilimanjaro and the Savannah spreading in front of you!! It is also a small camp, meaning it does feel like a true safari experience and not a hotel vibe as it all other lodges we stayed at!! And the best, all that with the comfort of a cozy bed and warm showers!!! And for a very reasonable price point!! We highly recommend the Little Amanya Camp!!
