Emplacement magnifique avec vue sur les montagnes et la ville de Brixen. Le personnel est chaleureux et bienveillant. Le spa et les infrastructures sont conformes aux photos et parfaits pour un week-end de relaxation. Les chambres sont spacieuses et modernes et nous avons eu l’agréable surprise d’être sur-classés en dernière minute. Bref séjour parfait

Idéalement situé dans le centre de Venise, le Palazzo Keller propose des chambres climatisées, un jardin, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un bar. Very beautiful hotel, renewed last year. So clean and nice environment. Smells like parfume inside the property. 😄 Small, not near any canal but if you are looking for a special boutique hotel with good price go for it… Very delicious breakfast by the way. Don’t try to look for another place for beeakfast. Personel was very gentle (except one, explained below).

Comfortable beds, excellent noise insulation, the rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. Very attentive and friendly staff. A special thank you to the reception team - they were very attentive and caring when I felt unwell during check out!

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Florence a few meters from the Medici palace. Great rooms with all facilities, nice and friendly reception staff. Great price for the location and service. Highly recommend.

After our minor car accident making us late for the garage and having to park far, the staff promptly helped with our parking situation and upgraded our room with the best view in the city! The room is large with all the amenities. The breakfast is plentiful and catering to our sugar-free need. We even got a nice bottle of wine as a gift. This is the best hotel in our entire trip in Italy. The hotel itself and the service is top-notched!
