Amazing staff, like really amazing, helpful and super nice. Very good location, in the city center, all main attractions is reachable by walking distance. RECOMMEND!

The location was brilliant. It was easily within walking distance to tourist attractions such as The Note Coffee, Train Street and Hoa Lo Prison Relic. The staff were superb - they couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed for one night, went on the Ha Giang Loop and then had booked to stay for 2 nights when we came back and were kindly upgraded. The hotel was spotlessly clean also.

Victor Gallery Hanoi hotel - Victor Group อยู่ในใจกลางฮานอย ห่างจากโรงละครหุ่นกระบอกน้ำทังลอง 400 ม. I have good time at Victor gallery hotel & restaurant. Thier staffs was nice, friendly and special Ms.Kim chi booked package tours as : Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night tour + Sapa 2 days 1 night + Hanoi city 1 day tour was great value. We loved this hotel so much.

Staff are friendly and really helpful. All provided service to us with hospitality. Hotel is beautiful and clean.

Room was nice and clean AC was working well The location was good close to the train street and lots of shops around it WI Fi was working good Room had a fridge The staff was always nice and helpful especially daisy is super nice if you need any help with something

Amira Hotel Hanoi อยู่ในใจกลางฮานอย ห่างจากประตูเมืองโบราณฮานอย 300 ม. The stay here was great. The whole staff and especially the receptionist was great. The rooms were nice, cozy and clean. The location is also perfect if you want to stroll around the Old Quarter.

Since the day we booked, the host was writing to us to arange everything. When we arrived the staff made a very warm welcome and explained everything about Hanoi, where to go, what to visit, where to exchange money with good rate. The room was very clean and quite. The beds are very comfortable. We tried also the breakfast and was good. We went in Halong bay for 2 nights and the staff was very kind to keep our luggage there when we came back. When i come back to Hanoi i will definitely choose again Eliana Hotel.
