Der er have og aircondition. the AC was working great and very important for an August stay. we enjoyed the back yard and the view from the balcony over the city. the room was specious. We got a set of 3 towels per person which was really nice :) While the house is located up hill, we used Uber every day to get to places and it was fast and cheap solution.

Property shocked us how good it was. would have stayed for weeks there but on a business trip. definitely will come back on next trip to this part of Romania

We booked the accommodation last minute as Iasi was our last stop before ending our road trip in Romania. The host has been extremely nice and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. The flat was amazingly comfy and beautiful, the surrounding was quiet and very nice as well. It's a beautiful place to stay for a few days: kind and helpful staff, very nice and clean rooms - traditionally decorated, cleanliness and quietness. Wonderful views around the vacation house - the forest and even a small lake with 5 ducks 😀 Almost everything here met my expectations and I said "almost" just because it was a little cold inside at the beginning of our stay but hosts fixed the problem as soon as they could! I will definitely visit this place again 😊 ! Highly recommended 👌

Everything was exceeding expectations, I will be more than happy to book this place for our next trip. The house is clean and well equipped. The street and the environment is calm and relaxed. It was also very safe for our 3 years old son!

Pensiunea Lucian ligger i Bălţaţi, 35 km fra Metropolitan Cathedral Iasi og 36 km fra den rumænske nationalopera Iași. Der er have og rolig gadeudsigt. Der er fælles køkken og picnicområde. The location of the Pensiunea is next to the road. It is an excellent choice if you need to stay overnight during your trip. Nevertheless, the Pensiunea was well-equipped for longer stays too. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It had a balcony with a pleasant view, there was a table and two chairs. The bathroom had all the necessary towels, shower gel, shampoo, and soap. The room and the Pensiunea itself were clean and tidy. Inside the Pensiunea there was a shared kitchen, well-equipped with kitchenware. There was a kettle and a coffee maker, a stove and an oven. It had a big fridge and even a washing machine. The dining room with a big table was next to the kitchen. Speaking about the parking, there was a large parking area in the courtyard. One may find also a gazebo and all the necessary tools and equipment for a barbecue in the courtyard.
