The extensively-refurbished Bridge House Hotel is set in Grasmere, directly across from St Oswalds Church and the graveyard where William Wordsworth rests. During the major snow storm , the manager waited until late for us to arrive.

Set in the grounds of the spectacular Leeds Castle in Kent, this property offers a free entry to the castle (subject to availabilities) and its grounds as part of their stay. Absolutely lovely place. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were much nicer than we actually expected; spatious and completely equipped. The castle itself is a worthwhile attraction, and so are the garden and environs. While it may seem isolated from the rest of Kent, a taxi or bus ride can get you to Maidstone or Ashford, and from there you are free to do any day trips to Canterbury, Dungeness or London. And the breakfast was amazing!

With beautiful views of the Northern Fells, Ravenstone Lodge is 5 miles from Keswick, at the foot of Ullock Pike so you can relax in the conservatory or on the terrace and enjoy some of the best Lake... Beautiful place in a fantastic location. Good sized room with a King bed. Probably the best shower I've had in the UK, large bathroom and great water pressure. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Set around a manor house dating back to 1648, these old farm outbuildings have free parking and free WiFi in all areas. Caley Hall is situated in the village of Old Hunstanton on the coast of Norfolk.... Staff,food ,the room was lovely

Furzen Farmhouse - Quiet Alternative to a Hotel er staðsett í Cirencester og í aðeins 11 km fjarlægð frá Cotswold-vatnagarðinum en það býður upp á gistirými með fjallaútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis... Wonderful hosts, exceptional building, room and views. Was one of our favorite stays in all of the UK. Woke up to horses going out the pasture; it was stunningly beautiful there. Kitchen was very well equipped as well. All around exceptional stay, and will be one of our first bookings on our next trip to the UK. Nearby Cirencester has a gem of a museum, and is a very nice town to visit. If you're looking for food/pub, I can't recommend The Greyhound enough. Minutes away drive, amazing food and a great staff. It was recommended by the host.
