Yes, there are TVs and wi-fi and Netflix and Spotify and everything you need to feel like at home. You can easily forget about the outside world while you are there. In terms of value for money this place is hard to beat. Come here if you want a relaxation, being cared for and re-charging your batteries is what you are after - there is no better place in the world! And host Edgar! Wow! he is so patient and helpful! Besides he really does a fantastic job maintaining the property and ensuring a quality standard of living is maintained for the residents.

When we came, the main door was closed, there was a phone number on the door to get in contact with the administration. I called the number, and the woman (Águeda) explained me, how to get the keys from the box next to the door, which room we have, also she recommended us a very nice place to have lunch. So the arriving went problem-free. Also she switched on the air conditioner in our room, so when we entered, the temperature was perfect. The room, that we have got, is called “La molta”. It is rather small, but for us the size is good enough, it has a bathtub, one closet, small commode, and the windows go to the inner patio - very beautiful and calm. The pillows and mattress are comfortable. On the ground floor there are tables, a fridge, a coffee machine with capsules, dishes...you can make your own breakfast. Also there is a kitchen with the oven, which you can use to prepare food. There is a place with a sofa and big TV. In the basement there is a small museum - you can see the machines, facilities that were used on this mill in 15th century. And an exposition, telling the traditional productions of the village of Agullent. Águeda (the administrator) has shown us the museum, told us the history..was very interesting!
