The house is beautifully decorated, clean, the warm swimming pool was so lovely and the view of the surroundings is great. The hotel is located in an isolated area, so we enjoyed the calm and the good location 20min from the wadi bani Khalid and the entrance to the Wahiba desert.

Reception by host with omani coffee was nice. View is amazing. Terrace great. There is a spacious pool but we did not use (weather was a bit cold this night). Enough space for families and kids. Very close to oasis and quiet. Perfect place to stay

The star gazing domes are really cool, overlooking sand dunes where you can go sliding. This Chalet is family run so there is care going into keeping it clean, well equipped & maintained. We did a package tour with Abdulaziz and Mr. Khalid which was great too as it was an addon to staying at their Chalet. The area is very safe, the hosts are such amazing people and would highly recommend staying at Al Rooh.

It is located adjacent to the desert and the house comes with a sand sand slide! The host is nice and helpful and can communicate well in English.
