The loft-style room was small and cozy, with the bed upstairs – super cute and lots of light coming in through the window. Dreamy! Special shout-out to Mary and Lily – you both were amazing! Lily’s local tips and Mary's quick assistance made everything perfect. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Chinatown with great eateries and shops nearby. Checking in and communication is mostly done online but this went smoothly. Location is very convenient right outside Chinatown station. I was worried it would be noisy facing Pagoda Steeet but I had a quiet room facing the back. Pagoda Street is very touristy so don’t forget to explore the back alleys!ZaliSolo traveler

I loved the generosity of the staff and all the details that were considered part of everyday duties.
