It would be good if not the other persons living there. As I understand there lives local workes and they are wery noisy... one of them started to chat with someone on the phone at 2am. It lasted an hour untill I knocked on his door.. couldn't sleep all night.. my experience was bad. Maybe it's just me.. too sensitive..
