How do I apply?

Your documents will then be carefully checked by the head of training and the relevant department. If your profile and interests match our expectations, you will be invited for a preliminary interview. For tailors, there is also a trial day scheduled so that you can demonstrate your practical skills.

How long does an apprenticeship at Bogner last?
The duration of the apprenticeship depends firstly on the respective job, and secondly on the school-leaving qualifications of the applicant. The standard period is around 3 years, but for certain professions shorter training periods are possible.

What are the chances of being hired after my training?
Your chances of being hired by Bogner are very high, but also depend on your performance in the company and at school. A potential job offer is always discussed in your final year of training.
How much leave will I have during my training? How are working hours structured?
All trainees have 30 days of leave per calendar year and a flexitime model as a timekeeping method. The exact working hours depend on the training department and are agreed individually - a 37-hour week is the norm. In our Bogner shops and outlets, the working hours are also coordinated individually - a 40-hour week applies here.
Who is responsible for me during my training?
A training manager, responsible for all trainees, is available to you as a contact person at all times. Generally, you will go through different departments during your training. Each department has a designated training officer who is also your contact person for the respective area.
How is the time split between practical training and vocational school?
You alternate between vocational school and work at Bogner. The vocational school assignments can last between one and three weeks. At the beginning of your training you will receive an assignment plan that will tell you exactly when and in which departments you will be assigned.
