The acquired knowledge and materials were very useful to me, based on which I am now reworking the Bank's procedures in this area.

One of the most attractive training courses I've attended. It gives you another perspective on the financial situation of the company and the importance of the cash flow. Very interactive and Useful.

The training touched on several ways and strategies the bank should embrace since it is quite obvious that there is a complete shift from the traditional banking to the new digitalized banking. This calls for the banks to improve on the retail banking and ensure that banking services are provided easily, efficiently and conveniently to the banking customers.

The professionalism in designing such a meaningful programme was remarkable: it was a quite significant programme, that included the most pertinent subjects of today's decision makers from one hand, and involved the notable financial sector representatives, from another. Moreover, the meetings with top managers of the various institutions related to the topics, were worthy experiences as well. 

I would particularly emphasize the training conductor's professionalism and skills in delivering trainings. Their preparedeness in conducting such targeted, thorough and compete training is especially welcomed. They are specialized in doing a great job!

I'd separately underline as well the impressive networking with fellow participants: always have to learn and exchange among them. I enjoyed a very positive atmosphere in communicating within a team.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for my attendance at the recent Cloud and Outsourcing Officer training session. The lecturer's active participation and engagement were truly invaluable, and his insights greatly enriched the discussions and learning experience for everyone involved.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for providing me with the opportunity to participate in the recent course(i.e., Cloud Officer & Outsourcing Officer - Certified programme) on behalf of our Bank. The experience was truly valuable, especially considering the timing as our country prepares to transition to the cloud and explore various outsourcing options, some of which we have already initiated with certain cloud service providers.

The insights gained from learning more about cloud and outsourcing were indispensable for me. It has equipped me with the knowledge necessary to take necessary precautions and prepare relevant documentation related to cloud outsourcing. Moreover, understanding how to select the right cloud service provider(CSP) is paramount for our Bank's success in this transition. Finally, given its importance and timeliness, I highly recommend extending this training to others as well.

Once again, I am deeply grateful for this opportunity. It has allowed me to further develop my skills and contribute to our Bank's strategic objectives.

The idea to combine different audit frameworks is really a great idea, we will all try to put that into practice in our daily jobs. In our bank we use COSO and internal control, for me the purpose was to see more opportunities to combine COSO ERM and cobit. The purpose is meant, now I will use it.

I met amazing international participants from Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cape Verde, Ethiopia, Kosovo, Moldova, Mongolia, North Macedonia, Rwanda, and Ukraine who shared their valuable insights and experiences.
The discussions and working groups equipped us with the tools and strategies to navigate the challenges and opportunities of a modern retail bank.
