On Oct. 24, 2022, the Alberta Serious Incident Response Team (ASIRT) was directed to investigate an RCMP officer from the Banff detachment for an alleged break and enter that occurred in the early hours of Oct. 23, 2022. The incident occurred at a hotel room occupied by two adult females with whom officer had socialized with earlier that evening.
