Your old account still exist and you can use your old password to login. Unfortunately you will not be able to see order placed before 10-02-2011, but we still have them in our system.

The shipping costs depends on weight, delivery address and if you order contains hazardous or oversize items. If you put your items in your shopping cart then you can enter your country to get an estimated shipping cost.

Due to current EU legislation and the trade dispute between the USA and the European Union, all Steel and Aluminium parts beginning with part number 03 (e.g.03-40600) will attract a 30% surcharge. This is unavoidable and beyond our control.

It depends on delivery country and if the cart contains hazardous or oversize items, but for standard shipments you can choose UPS, DPD, DHL, Post parcel, DSV or Schenker. You can see possible shipping methods for your cart in My Cart.

Your order will be shipped when we get every items in your order in stock and the order is paid. We will hold your order until it is paid.

PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express) and Advance Wire Transfer

When you have placed your order you can choose action in a drop down box. You can choose to pay your order with PayPal or Credit Card. If you haven't paid your order yet you will be able to cancel your order.

Once you submit your order, our system will generate and send a proforma invoice to your email address. This proforma invoice contains all the information you need for the wire transfer. If you have a valid EU VAT Id, make sure to enter it during the registration process. Your VAT Id will be checked for validity and the VAT will be removed from your order.

All products are shipped with our own certificate of conformance. The certificate is printed on each packing list. Please notify us if you need 8130-3 forms (airworthiness certificates) for any items, as your order will ship without these forms if they are not explicity ordered. It is not possible to order these after your order has been processed. Please note that orders requiring 8130-3 forms will have a lead time of at least 3 weeks. The cost for one form 8130-3 ranges from 25€ to 100€.
