I can't seem to find an option to PM you.
You normally chick on the person's user-name and a profile box appears...
In there, click on "Start a Conversation"

However, I have the feeling this is not activated for new members until they've made a certain number of posts (Maybe 10?)

What e-mail address(es) have you been using?
Have you tried info @ plainpartners .com?

I believe (from what I've gathered) PM privileges are not automatically granted these days. Instead, GuardDog does these manually. A means to curb PM spam I guess.

I have used all the ones I can find on the contact us page, plus a new one from Inter Partners that used to ask me to sign up with Plain ( I already was registered with them ). I have made several messages in the affiliate panel, which were strangely deleted, so someone must have seen them. This has gone on for probably three months or so now. I'm starting to get the feeling they are ignoring my emails.

I have pointed my contact in the direction of this thread

Well it comes as no surprise, but still no response from them. I am only left to believe they are purposely ignoring my situation. I am not having it that they have not received one of my 20+ emails sent to every email address I could find for them. Plus they also deleted my support tickets from my affiliate account.

Well my mind is made up here. I sent an email that would be in their interest "I have 1000s of traffic, whatever should I do" A response within hours. I'd give these jokers a swerve.

you have PM privileges. Yes, I am very particular about who I give privileges out to for new members these days. Too many have taken advantage and PM'd the whole member base. Pretty sad that it comes to this, but I have to protect the members.
