Robert B. Kulick is a visiting fellow at AEI, where he focuses on competition policy, antitrust, labor policy, and consumer protection. He is also an adjunct professor at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University and an associate director at NERA Economic Consulting.
Earlier, Dr. Kulick held a Pathways internship at the US Census Bureau and worked as a manager and consultant for Navigant Economics, Empiris, and Criterion Economics. He also taught courses on microeconomics at the University of Maryland, College Park.
Dr. Kulick has published academic and working papers on various economic topics. His work has appeared as National Bureau of Economic Research working papers, as US Census Bureau Center for Economic Studies working papers, and in the Federal Communications Law Journal, George Mason Law Review, and the Tulane Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property, among other outlets. Dr. Kulick holds a PhD and MA in economics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a BA in economics from Princeton University.
